Bill is a native of Falmouth, Maine and lived in Maryland for a few years before finding his dream location in Harpers Ferry, WV. After over 20 years of dedicated public safety service as a Firefighter, Police Officer, and Diplomatic Security Instructor, Bill decided to obtain his West Virginia real estate license to help others find their dream property and to share his in-depth knowledge of Jefferson County, West Virginia. Bill realized after closing several real estate deals and managing multiple properties of his own, that becoming a REALTOR would be a natural fit, and more importantly, it would be rewarding. Bill attended Frederick Community College in Frederick, MD and has an A.A.S in Police Science. Science. He has been a top producer for the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors since licensed and proudly serves on both State and National committees. Being a spouse, son and nephew of Navy veterans, Bill obtained his Military Relocation Program designation to be able to better help veterans and government workers with selling and buying.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys hiking the local trails with his wife, son and dogs, visiting nearby historic attractions and spending quality time with his friends and family. When Bill was 15 years old, he

rebuilt his first antique car with his dad and has continued to be a car enthusiast to this day.
