Why communication is so important in a real estate transaction.

Today, I’m here to discuss why communication is so important when buying or selling a property. A real estate transaction is stressful, and most people don't do it all the time. The majority of people buy or sell a house around four or five times over a lifetime. Therefore, communication becomes even more important when you’re going through something stressful and unfamiliar.

My team and I truly value communication. When going through a real estate transaction, there are times when nothing happens and times when a lot of things happen back to back, so it's important to know what you need to be paying attention to and what people are doing behind the scenes. This helps both buyers and sellers not get nervous. You need to have communication if you’re going to have confidence that the necessary things are getting done.

In our office, not only are our agents communicating with our clients, but our listing and transaction coordinators are also communicating with our clients once things are underway. Our clients will never go for several days without hearing anything about their transactions.

If you have questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can call or email me anytime, and I would be happy to help you.
